We booked our family holiday here, and Nell was a great help. She clearly explained all the options and understood exactly what we were looking for, saving us a lot of time. Searching for family friendly holiday resorts can be time consuming, so her assistance was invaluable. Today I booked my second holiday with lovely Nell at TUI Lancaster instore. As always she was very helpful at supporting me and my family to pick out our next holiday vacation by talking us through all the options, their reviews and making the final decision. Cara has been an absolute star organising our big family holiday! We told her what we wanted and she sent loads of hotels/holidays for us to chose from. She made it easy for us to book together and ensured all our requirements were met… even staying late to complete it so we didn’t miss out! Hannah's knowledge of cruising and facilities on board were second to none. Her friendly manner was welcomed, no pushy sales talk, and she went out of her way to get us the best deal. Our 11 year old was uncertain about cruising, but after listening to Hannah about the activities and facilities on board, I now have a very excited 11 year old counting down the weeks!
